Objectives

• To launch a new postgraduate degree in engineering of training applied to local development.
• To set up an international centre of excellence in engineering of training applied to local development and employment, with a view to the achievement of specialized studies and research tasks.
• To promote the training of private executives in the various fields of the engineering of training applied to the local development.
• To contribute to educators training and teachers improvement in these fields of activity.
• To develop the network RIIFADEL in various university centres by supporting the of competences transfer and new national or regional policies in the training sector.
• To develop technical aid for the implementation of projects through a network of expertise and advice.
