Objectives

  • To establish teaching and research programmes and academic courses for the training of qualified specialists in the field of copyright and other intellectual property rights to work in various structures concerned with the creation and exploitation of intellectual works.
  • To establish a special programme of refresher courses for teachers of copyright in the Russian Federation and other CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) States.To establish a refresher course for specialists working in various structures concerned with copyright.
  • To establish a programme of regional and international inter-university co-operation for the development of teaching and research in the field of copyright and other intellectual property rights.
  • To publish teaching materials and research findings in the field of copyright and other intellectual property rights.
