- To facilitate sub-regional collaboration between high-level internationally recognized researchers and professors and the teaching staff of the University, in cooperation with the Swiss National Commission for UNESCO, the Human Rights Department of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and the Federal Office of culture.
