Human rights and social inclusion.
Objectives
The specific objectives of this Chair are to:
- establish a database to disseminate the results of the evaluations conducted on social projects and public policies in the area of social inclusion, thus contributing to building relevant indicators and fostering the exchange of knowledge in a South-South dynamic;
- build bridges between academic research and the design of public policies regarding human rights and social inclusion by providing advice and technical assistance to public and private institutions; and,
- develop a network to foster discussion and exchanges from an interdisciplinary perspective concerning human rights and social inclusion between civil society, the educational system and governmental institutions at the national and international levels so as to create a culture of human rights.
