Objectives
The main specific objectives of this Chair are to :
- collaborate closely with UNESCO to accomplish its objectives in Bioethics;
- collaborate with other UNESCO Bioethics Chairs in achieving common goals, in coordination with UNESCO;
- collaborate in the piloting, implementation and development of UNESCO’s Core Curriculum in bioethics and e-learning;
- participate in the programmes of the University of Monterrey which have bioethical content;
- interact with local bioethics organizations to combine efforts in the development of human resources trained in bioethics; and,
- promote the development of a doctoral programme in bioethics.
