Programme

 The second call for proposal to the Leadership Development for Higher
Education Reform (LEADHER) Programme is now open. The LEADHER
Programme
promotes South-South and North-South projects in key areas of
higher
education institutional reform.
IAU Members in good standing may submit partnership proposals until
September 30, 2008.
