LEADHER Grants
The LEADHER programme will provide a limited number of grants to
applicants who have submitted a project proposal explaining why and
how, working in collaboration with a specific partner institution, they
wish to address an area of needed institutional reform. The
proposal will justify the choice of partner institutions and describe
any previous collaboration that may have taken place.
Each proposal will outline general and specific reform objectives being
pursued by the institutions and explain what activities and actions are
being taken to meet these goals. The proposal will explain how
the LEADHER project fits into this implementation strategy and offer
details such as the rationale for the partnership, objectives to be met
collaboratively, proposed activities, expected outcomes and follow-up
as well as financial considerations.
LEADHER grants are awarded
to partnership proposals on a competitive basis. They will
provide modest financial support to the project so that it can be
carried out in a specific timeframe.
