3, 4 and 5 star hotels in Utrecht (city)

Hotel accommodation has been pre-booked at favourable rates for conference participants in various hotels in the city of Utrecht and in several hotels just outside of Utrecht.

The hotels Park Plaza, Best Western, Grand Hotel Karel V and Hotel Mitland all have a city bus stop in the vicinity from which it is possible to take a direct city bus to the Conference venue and to the Utrecht Central Station. All these hotels are situated in the centre of the city of Utrecht.

We advise you to book a hotel room in the city centre of Utrecht.

University College Utrecht

Participants with low travel budget can book a room for a package deal price at the campus of the University College Utrecht (UCU). The UCU is part of Utrecht University. The University College Utrecht is located 10 minutes by city bus from the conference venue and the city centre of Utrecht. More information can be obtained at http://www.ucu.uu.nl/visiting.phtml.

The rooms are comfortably furnished with a bed, a desk and a wardrobe. Kitchenettes are fitted with minimal cooking devices. Shared bathrooms are fitted with a shower, a toilet and a wash basin. The negotiated costs for a room / per person / for four nights is set at €130. The price includes breakfast, sheets, towel and an access pass.
