More than 150 higher education institutions from over 50 countries were
represented at the 2006
IAU Conference Internationalisation of Higher Education: New
Directions, New Challenges in Beijing, China in
mid-October. IAU had collaborated with China Education Association for
International Exchange (CEAIE) thus participants could also attend
this year’s CEAIE Annual Meetings.
The 2005 IAU
Global Survey Report - Internationalisation of Higher Education: New
Directions, New Challenges, authored by Dr. Jane Knight was
released at the Conference (see the press
release). The report can now be ordered
