Networking to enhance local capacity
IIEP encourages exchange between countries - especially South-South - and invests considerable efforts in networking activities.
In the past years it has contributed to creating four major networks:

  • SACMEQ (Southern Africa Consortium for Monitoring Educational Quality).
  • ANTRIEP (Asian Network of Training and Research Institutions in Educational Planning)
  • IWGE (International Working Group on Education)
  • ForGestion (network of around 800 university professors and education specialists in Latin America)

IIEP is currently supporting the setting up of similar consortia in other regions.
