Why e-learning?
E-learning presents several advantages. The distance education modality is flexible and allows participants to manage their own study schedule. E-learning is also interactive: participants from the same institution and from different countries meet with each other and build professional networks without leaving their workplace and daily duties. Being in their institutional setting, they are, therefore, able to apply directly the skills and competencies acquired during the course, with ready access to their national working documentation and references.
