Specialized courses organized at a national or sub-regional level
Training needs have become more diversified and complex. Hence the Institute provides customized courses and workshops, lasting from one to four weeks.
IIEP also offers courses of one week's duration for special groups such as aid agencies.

Working together with area authorities
These programmes take local conditions and problems as their starting point. Hence they call for close co-operation and follow-up by national or sub-regional authorities.

IIEP has organized over 430 courses, workshops and seminars in some 103 countries since 1975.
