Albert Sangrà is the Academic Director at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and is responsible for the application of new technologies. He is also a senior consultant in various distance learning projects in Europe, America and Asia. Previously, he had been professor at different levels of the Spanish education system. Albert Sangrà has a degree in Pedagogy (University of Barcelona) and a postgraduate certificate in Open and Distance Education (British Open University). He can be reached at asangra@uoc.edu.
