Henri Ott was Territorial Manager as well as a Mission Head in the Secondary and Higher Education Department of the Regional Council of Pays de la Loire, where his work consisted in implementing regional higher education policies. As deputy manager in GIP Atlantech, he was particularly responsible for UVPL development, a project that he initiated and had coordinated since 1999. He is currently Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Sports of the Regional Council of Midi-Pyrénées.
