Juan Carlos Del Bello is an economist, specialized in development and the transfer of technology and technological scientific planning. He is Director of the Master's in Science, Technology and Society, and Principal Professor at the Quilmes National University. He was a member of the National Commission for Evaluation and University Accreditation (CONEAU) (2001-05), and Director of the Master's in Science, Technology and Society and Principal Professor at the Quilmes National University. He was Director of the National Statistical Institute, INDEC (2002/03), Executive Director of the Quilmes Virtual University (2000), National Secretary of University Policies (1993-96) and National Secretary of Science and Technology (1996-99).
