Equatorial Guinea
Constitution as adopted on 1 September 1988.
Article 1
The official language of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea is Spanish. The aboriginal languages are recognised as integral to the national culture.
Article 20
3. All discrimination by reason of ethnic background, race, sex, language, religion, filiation, political or any other kind of views, social origin, economic position, or birth, is prohibited.
