Zarqa 19 October 2010 - In the framework of its support to inclusive education in Jordan and to enhance the services for people with disabilities, UNESCO Amman in coordination with the Higher Council for the Affairs of Persons with Disabilities (HCD) has today handed over specialised equipment for the blind, computers and educational toys to al-Mukhallis school in Zarqa. This equipment will be crucial in supporting the teaching of blind students at the school. The hand over visit was lead by Dr. Anna Paolini Director of the UNESCO Amman Office.
