Employment type: Fixed Term Appointment (FTA) renewable subject to performance, and availability of funds, and continuation of the post  

Gross Annual Salary: WST 30,907.00; Net Annual Salary: WST 25,035.00 and increment subject to the Organization’s Rules satisfactory performance    

Annual Leave: 30 days per Year subject to the Organization’s prevailing Rules.    

Benefits: Pension, and dependent child and dependent spouse allowance as per the Organization’s Rules.

PURPOSE OF THE POST: The incumbent supports monitoring and reporting, contract tracking and compliance, and Office communication.

SUMMARY OF THE DUTIES: The incumbent supports development and implementation of the Office's monitoring and evaluation work plan to meet a variety of reporting needs; collects, compiles and collates  data and information from a range of sources for programme planning, monitoring and evaluation; keeps track of contract compliance;  compiles and presents basic information for use in the preparation and production of communications products/services and supports communication activities; participates in planning and coordination of events, exhibits, campaigns, and/or conferences and prepares information packs for media and participants; supports knowledge management; and performs other duties as asked, including specific administrative, financial and programmatic activity related tasks for project/programme management.
