Employment Type: Fixed Term Appointment (FTA) renewable subject to performance and availability of funds.


Gross Salary : WST 23, 590/Year              Net Salary: WST 19,108/Year

Purpose of the post: Under close supervision and technical guidance of the Programme Specialist, the Programme Assistant collects information, maintains records and prepares documentation and correspondence pertaining to programme activities.

UNESCO Institute of Statistics (UIS) Consultancy Opportunity

UIS is looking for a consultant with solid experience in project management and training delivery, experience in social statistics, as well as a good understanding of the Pacific education context and information systems, the Consultant will be responsible for supporting countries in adopting and designing their National Strategy for the Development of Education Statistics (NSDES) or a Data Quality Improvement Plan which will be contributing to national strategy documents aimed at improving the country response rate and the quality of national, regional and international statistics.
