New book Cultural Aspects between the Christian and Islamic Religions
New interactive CD of Cultural Aspects between the Christian and Islamic Religions released in English, French and Arabic.
Under the patronage of the Lebanese President General Michel Suleiman, UNESCO Beirut launched an interactive CD of the Cultural Aspects between the Christian and Islamic Religion released in English, French and Arabic. The CD which is an interactive copy of the book intended for youth to bring about a culture of dialogue and a better understanding of the different cultures that prevail in the Lebanese society.
UNESCO Beirut hopes that this interactive manual will continue to enhance mutual knowledge and respect and that dialogue will be fostered and awareness increased especially among youth, thus, contributing to the prevention of conflicts, as no progress can be achieved in any dialogue among individuals or groups without understanding their different cultures.
