Governmental Authorities in Brazil

As an Intergovernmental Organization, it is comprehensible that UNESCO's main partners are the governments of its Member States.

In Brazil, the Organization operates not only through cooperation agreement with the Federal Government, but it also actively works with State and Local Governments.

Due to the importance in giving assistance to governmental authorities in the elaboration and implementation of public policies in the mains areas of UNESCO mandate. The Organization gives assistance to local authorities in themes that UNESCO has consolidated international experience.
