Paris, 19 October 2012 – The L’Oréal Foundation and UNESCO today announced the five women scientists who will be honoured as the 15th L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Laureates. The Brazilian scientist Marcia Barbosa, Professor of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Porto Alegre (Brazil), is one of the laureates.
