17.11.10 18 November: celebration of World Philosophy Day 2010
Celebrated at UNESCO’s initiative every third Thursday of November since 2002, World Philosophy Day will take place this year on 18 November 2010.
The Day is an opportunity to make philosophical reflection on contemporary issues and celebrate the International Year for the Rapprochement of Cultures (2010).
12.11.10 Registration for the Label of Education for Racial Equality are open until 20 November
The initiative will award and disseminate good experiences carried out in the implementation of racial and ethnics education and African and Afro-Brazilian history and culture in schools and classrooms.
