  • Enhancing effective governance to overcome conflicting approaches in the use and allocation of natural resources – both at national and transboundary levels and to overcome the fragmented management through an integrated approach;
  • Pointing the importance of regional partnerships between different decision makers, scientists from different disciplines, and other water stakeholders;
  • Preventing conflicts and enhancing cooperation will be particularly enhanced.
