State reform, public management and public policies information system (SIARE - Sistema Integrado y Analítico de Información sobre Reforma del Estado, Gestión y Políticas Públicas)

SIARE search engine provides open access to 5.915 full-text documents[1] (journal articles, working documents, books, etc.) from 26 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean (Argentina, Barbados, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, Haití, Honduras, Jamaica, México, Nicaragua, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Subjects covered by SIARE are mainly about state reform, modernization of public management and public policies in Latin America and the Caribbean. 

SIARE started in 1985, developed by the Latin American Center for Administration for Development (Centro Latinoamericano de Administracion para el Desarrollo-CLAD) with support from IDRC, the Interamerican Development Bank (IBD-BID) and United Nations Public Administration Network (UNPAN).  SIARE has developed several databases and receives contents from members of the Latin American Information and Documentation Network on Public Administration  (REDIAP-Red Latinoamericana de Documentación e Información en Administración Pública) whose members in the region are the national information centers on public administration of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, México, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Venezuela.
