A scientific and cultural open access repository specializing on the Caribbean, the Amazon, the Guyana Plateau and regions or areas of interest related to these territories.
Developed by the University of Antilles-Guiana (Service commun de la documentation de l'Université des Antilles et de la Guyane), the collection contains digitized texts, documents, audio, video and iconographic references to cultural, social, economic or political historical events. Contents are provided by several partners.

Pointe-à-Pitre City Council (Conseil général and Ville de Pointe-à-Pitre) in Guadeloupe,
General Council of Guyane (Conseil Général in Guyane),
Regional Council of Guyane (Conseil Régional de la Guyane)
MANIOC has been supported, since 2006, by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche) within the Interdisciplinary Research Center (Centre de Recherche Interdisciplinaire en Lettres, Langues et Sciences Humaines -CRILLASH) in association with the UAG Laboratories (Laboratoires de l'UAG).
The Direction of Cultural Affairs in Guadalupe and Guyane (Directions des Affaires Culturelles Guadeloupe et Guyane) have financed the evaluation of collections to be digitized in those countries.
