"ICPRCP Expert Meeting and Extraordinary Session in Celebration of its 30th Anniversary: Its Past and Future" was published by the Cultural Heritage Administration of Korea.

This publication provides a report of the Meeting and Extraordinary Session of the UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee for Promoting the Return of Cultural Property to its Countries of Origin or its Restitution in case of Illicit Appropriation which was held in Seoul on 25-28 November 2008.

These proceedings contain the presentations delivered during 5 sessions of the meeting. In addition, they include the conclusions of the Expert Meeting as well as the recommendations of the Extraordinary Session. It is an essential reading that demonstrates the richness and diversity of approaches concerning the UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee and the issue of return and restitution of cultural objects.
