Did You Know? Breaking through the ice...

It is not only shipwrecks that are hidden under water. Many tragic and dangerous moments of human life have been recorded on the seabed.

A horse-drawn carriage fell through the ice in Grand Traverse Bay, Michigan (USA) in the late 1800s. Its remains were discovered well conserved at a depth of 10.7 m on the bottom of the bay.
