Division for Basic Learning and Skills Development (ED/BLS)

This Division focuses on the core concerns which underlie the promotion of basic education worldwide, in particular the issues of quality, access and inclusion, and across a broad range from early childhood care and education to primary and secondary education, languages in education, school-based literacy, science education and  technical and vocational education.
