The Knowledge Management Services (KMS) Unit within the Education Research and Foresight Team  (ERF/KMS) is responsible for the communication, information and knowledge resources of UNESCO’s Education Sector, which includes the Education internet and intranet portals, publication services as well as IT network and LAN administration.

The portal which is available in English, French, Spanish and Arabic, is a gateway to news, information and knowledge on worldwide educational development through thematic websites in key areas.

Other services provided by ERF/KMS include knowledge management support, assistance with external and internal communications, guidance for the production of publications and IT solutions support.
