  Established in 1993 by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, The Bolashak scholarship is fully funded by the Government of Kazakhstan. The “Bolashak” International Scholarship is designed to train future leaders in economics, public policy, science, engineering, medicine and other key fields in best overseas universities.
