The Section of Higher Education (ED/BHL/HED)

This Division deals with major issues such as Higher Education Reform, Innovation and Quality Assurance; Teacher Education, as well as with International Co-operation in Higher Education through the UNESCO Chairs and UNITWIN Networks Programme. The Division houses the Forum on Higher Education, Research and Knowledge, a bridge between research and policy in higher education.
