The CI Commission will consider item 4.2 relating to Major Programme V (Communication and Information) of the Draft Programme and Budget for 2012-2013 (36 C/5 and Add.). The complete list of items to be examined by the CI Commission during eleven debates is available here.

At its sixth meeting (7 November 2011, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.), the CI Commission will consider its written report and make its recommendations concerning Major Programme V as a whole, including the budget.

Furthermore, the CI Commission will hold a special event, entitled “Launch of the UNESCO Open Educational Resources Platform and the UNESCO/Commonwealth of Learning OER Policy Guidelines” on 1 November starting at 6:30 p.m.
