Shirley Bassey

Notorious British singer, Lady Shirley Veronica Bassey was designated UNESCO Artist for Peace in 2000 in recognition of her commitment for disadvantaged children.

She is mostly known to be the only person to have recorded multiple theme songs for the James Bond films: Goldfinger, Diamonds are Forever, and Moonraker.

In her capacity as a UNESCO Artist for Peace, she supported UNESCO program "Children in Need", aiming to offer a future to vulnerable children through education.
