Hedva Ser mobilizes Art Camp artists to support UNESCO’s ResiliArt movement

UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Cultural Diplomacy Hedva Ser participated with the Andorran National Commission for UNESCO and 25 Art Camp artists in UNESCO’s ResiliArt project

In her capacity as UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Cultural Diplomacy, Hedva Ser has been the Patron of Art Camp since 2012. In 2008, the Andorran National Commission for UNESCO created Art Camp for artists often coming from countries of conflict in order to encourage them to meet and work together in their creative and artistic work while promoting the objectives of UNESCO.

Hedva Ser and Art Camp join the UNESCO-created Resiliart movement to shed light on the current state of creative industries amidst health crisis through an exclusive global discussion with key industry professionals while capturing experiences and voices of resilience from artists – both established and emerging – on social media.

In her opening video message to support ResiliArt movement, Hedva Ser stressed the following “Resiliart is a way to bounce back through communication and to bring artists together, a way to make people dream in these moments of anguish and uncertainty thanks to plastic art, music, dance, writing and all forms of culture”.
