Capacity Development for Education 2030 (CapED) is a UNESCO global programme set up in 2003 and financed by pooled funds to help countries most at risk of not meeting the global Education for All goals. In Afghanistan, the UNESCO CapED programme focuses on capacity building in the field of TVET, support the curriculum reform process in Afghanistan and promote Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG4).
