The Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) received on His Excellency Ambassador Laleshwar Kumar Narayan Singh,  who presented her with the letters accrediting him as Permanent Delegate of the Republic of Guyana to the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
