The Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) received on Tuesday 12 February 2013 His Excellency Mr Alexandre da Conceiçao Zandamela, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mozambique to France, who presented her with the letters accrediting him as Permanent Delegate of Mozambique to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
