The Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) received on Tuesday, 12 June 2012 His Excellency Mr Flavio Mendez, Ambassador, who presented her with the letters accrediting him as Permanent Delegate of Panama to the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
