The Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) received on Thursday 15 November 2012 Her Excellency Ms Julia Velilla LACONICH, Ambassador Extraordinary and plenipotentiary, who presented her with the letters accrediting her as Permanent Delegate of Paraguay to the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
