The Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) received on Tuesday 20 November 2012 His Excellency Mr Bernard SHAMLAYE, Ambassador of the Republic of Seychelles to France, who presented her with the letters accrediting him as Permanent Delegate of Seychelles to the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
