Promoting MOST at the United Nations in New York

On May 21st the Argentinean Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York organized a working breakfast in order to inform the Latin American and Caribbean missions about UNESCO’s Management of Social Transformations (MOST) Programme. UNESCO’s New York Office Director, Philippe Kridelka, explained the concrete activities which are implemented under the MOST Programme. The MOST Intergovernmental Council is currently chaired by Argentina. The United Nations Secretary-General's Envoy on Youth, Mr. Ahmed Alhendawi and the Deputy Executive Director of UN Women, Ms. Lakshimi Puri ,were also invited, and explained how Youth and Gender Equality have become essential pillars for better social policies everywhere in the world.
