UNESCO International Bureau of Education (IBE) compiled country profiles on Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) for the 2007 “Strong Foundations” Report. The profiles contain various facts and figures such as the starting age of a country’s compulsory education, relevant legislation or information about parenting programmes.
