Back to topLaunch of UNESCO Science Report 2010 in Cuba
UNESCO’s Havana office organized a launch of the UNESCO Science Report 2010 on 31 January 2011 at the Colegio Universitario San Gerónimo in Cuba’s capital city.
Presenting the report were:
- Susan Schneegans from UNESCO, Editor of the report (Read her presentation);
- Dr Ismael Clark Arxer, President of the Cuban Academy of Sciences and author of the chapter on Cuba (Read his presentation);
- Prof. Ishenkumba Kahwa, Dean of the Faculty of Pure and Applied Sciences on the Mona Campus in Jamaica of the University of the West Indies and author of the chapter on the countries of the Caribbean Common Market, (Read his presentation); and
- Dr Sergio Jorge Pastrana, of the Caribbean Scientific Community.
