Managing Water under Uncertainty and Risk (2012)
The fourth in a triennial series, this major report was launched by UNESCO on 12 March 2012 on behalf of 28 UN agencies alerts to an unsustainable equation: a growing human population, even as climate change is set to make water resources less abundant and less predictable in many parts of the globe, a prospect which poses acute challenges for Africa.
