All UNESCO contractual arrangements are subject to the Financial Rules and Regulations of the Organization and its Administrative Manual.


Request for Proposals

1.  Improving data systems for effective inclusion of CWDs: examining collection, compilation, analysis, quality and use of data on CWDs at state and national level

2.  A critical analysis of national and state level schemes under different line ministries designed to support the inclusion of Children with Disabilities (CWDs) in education: examining the policy coherence, linkages, coordination, roles and responsibilities, and synergy between various schemes

3. A comprehensive review of implementation of the RTE Act from the perspective of Children with Disabilities (CWDs) – case studies on the interpretation and implementation of the Act and its effectiveness in ensuring full inclusion of CWDs

4. Assessment on accessibility to learning environments and learning processes to enhance  basic quality education of CWD

5.  Meeting the human resource challenges for inclusion of Children with Disabilities (CWDs) in schools:  A critical review of policies and practices on teachers and other key education personnels
