MOST Programme

The Management of Social Transformations (MOST) Programme is UNESCO's intergovernmental programme that seeks to help States improve their social policy processes by strengthening the link between social science knowledge and public policies.

The programme works in the region in a participatory and inclusive manner with governments, international agencies, universities, think tanks and non-governmental organizations.

Among its various activities, MOST strengthens cooperation, exchange of experiences and coordination of social policies among ministers and high-level social policy authorities in Latin America and the Caribbean.
