Press Release: Arts Forum on Creative Industries

With the support of Sweden, UNESCO and the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts are holding the Arts Forum today, the aim of which is to promote creative industries in Cambodia.
The Arts Forum will discuss the UNESCO 2005 Convention and the development of the Cambodian National Policy on cultural expressions. Sessions on traditional cultural heritage and creative industries in Cambodia will be conducted over the day’s workshop.
Key players in the arts sector in Cambodia including the Cambodia Living Arts, Khmer Arts Academy, Phare Ponleu Selapak, the Cambodian Film Commission and more will present on a diverse range of topics including film production, creativity, Cambodian music industry, tourism, and youth and creative industries in the afternoon session from 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm.
