21st Technical Session of ICC-Angkor Meeting to Kick-Off in Siem Reap on 5 June 2012
The 21st Technical Committee meeting of the International Coordinating Committee for the Safeguarding and Development of the Historic Site of Angkor (ICC) will be held on 5-7 June 2012 in Siem Reap at the APSARA National Authority premises.

The Global Action Week is a worldwide annual campaign organized by the Global Campaign for Education (GCE) to raise awareness on the importance of Education for All. This year’s theme, Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), is an integral part and the foundation of basic education and represents the first and essential step in achieving the first goal of Education for All: “Expanding and improving Early Childhood Care and Education especially for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children.”

Revitalizing World Heritage Site Museums for a Better Interpretation of Living Heritage Sites in Cambodia, Laos, and Viet Nam
From 10 to 20 May 2012, the World Heritage Site Museums of Cambodia, Laos, and Viet Nam will gather in Siem Reap, Cambodia to discuss and better understand the respective Outstanding Universal Value of the associated World Heritage sites, especially by highlighting the interconnections between these sites and the population, as well as the role of South East Asia in global history.
