Reception of proposals for data gathering on reading comprehension of narrative texts and vocabulary of boys and girls who attend mid–upper level kindergarten are now open

As of August 21, 2013 and up to September 12, 2013 the Regional Office for Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (OREALC/UNESCO Santiago) will receive proposals for data gathering on reading comprehension of narrative texts and vocabulary of boys and girls who attend mid–upper level kindergarten.

The aim of this work is to determine the degree of development, text comprehension and vocabulary of 1200 children attending higher average local National Kindergarten Board (JUNJI) and the Integra (Integra) to across the country.
