UNESCO supports Tunisian youth participation in public life
The results of an extensive survey on the civic engagement of young Tunisian women, led by UNESCO and the Centre of Arab Women for Training and Research (CAWTAR), with support of the Netherlands, were made public on Friday 18 January 2013 in Tunis (Tunisia), on the occasion of a workshop attended by Pilar Alvarez-Laso, Assistant Director-General of UNESCO for Social and Human Sciences.
